We had a lovely stay at the Riu, everything was clean and well kept, the food was great and the staff were really friendly. However the reception and shop staff were less friendly almost to the point of being funny!
But would fully recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and communication with the host. Kitchen had enough equipment to get by. Would have like liked a kettle @ large mugs only. The apartment is great for families and convenience for getting around.

Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles
